The General Secretariat for Telecommunications and Post is the institutional body that designs and implements policies for the development of quality, reliable, secure, and competitive services in the fields of telecommunications and postal services. Our mission is to create a modern environment that enhances digital transformation, promotes innovation, and ensures equal access opportunities for citizens and businesses.

GSTP implements projects and initiatives covering critical strategic areas: development of high-quality telecommunications infrastructure and networks, application of technological solutions for the security and reliability of communications, promotion of innovative actions in the Space sector, as well as modernization of postal services to meet the needs of society and the economy.

To achieve its goals, General Secretariat for Telecommunications and Post is organized as follows:
