Guide to Integrating DLT Technology in Public Administration
The General Secretariat of Telecommunications and Post (GSTP) of the Ministry of Digital Governance publishes the Guide for the integration of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) in Public Administration, a policy document that defines the adoption conditions, architectural directions, regulatory compliance framework, and implementation priorities for the period 2026–2030.
