Request for Information (RFI): Development and Production of Terminal Devices for Satellite Communications

The General Secretariat of Telecommunications and Post of the Ministry of Digital Governance publishes a Request for Information (RFI) regarding the development and construction of Satellite Communications User Ground Equipment, which can be utilized by various government users as well as in commercial applications.

The purpose of the invitation is to map the technological and industrial capabilities of the Greek ecosystem and to identify entities that possess the technical expertise and organizational capacity to contribute to the research, design, prototype development, and systematic production of terminal devices for satellite communications.

At the same time, the initiative aims to strengthen the national industrial base, utilize Greek technological resources, and ensure compliance with the European regulatory and security framework.

Submission Instructions
Interested entities are invited to send their responses by April 17, 2026 April 27, 2026, to the email address: ggtt@mindigital.gr
with the subject line: “RFI Satellite Communication Terminals”

Responses should:

  • be submitted according to the instructions included in the RFI,
  • not exceed 20 pages (any additional information about the company or relevant references can be included in an appendix),
  • clearly highlight any proprietary or classified information, which will be managed according to the applicable national and European security regulatory framework.

Responses may be shared, as appropriate, with other relevant Ministries.
