Information System "e-Dieleusis" - Digital Network Management

The "e-Dieleusis" is an integrated information system designed for the submission of applications and the management of telecommunications passage permits and has been operational since 17.09.2024, in accordance with Ministerial Decision No. 14813EX 2024 (2588 B’ 01.05.2024).

With "e-Dieleusis," a stable and functional entry portal for network development requests is created, bureaucracy is reduced, related processes are modernized and simplified, and the conditions for the development of more applications are established. The digital application meets a long-standing request of local government and providers, shaping a modern co-working environment with measurable benefits.

More specifically, with the operation of "e-Dieleusis," network operators submit applications for approval or/and granting of passage rights, in accordance with the current legislative framework for the approval and granting of these rights.

In this way, the daily experience in the field is improved, the inconvenience of citizens from irregular works in public spaces is drastically reduced, while at the same time the capability of central monitoring by all relevant authorities of the works concerning telecommunications passages is upgraded. The implementing and operating body of the information system is the Technical Chamber of Greece.
