MyStreet – Transparency in Urban Space

The MyStreet application offers citizens the ability to get real-time updates on active leases of public spaces, such as business tables and chairs, through an interactive map. At the same time, it provides the option to file complaints in cases of violations, such as exceeding the lease limits or obstructing access for people with disabilities.

Through the application, citizens have access to information about the leases and can file complaints either anonymously or with their name, by logging in with their personal TaxisNet codes. Additionally, it offers the ability to browse maps that include electric vehicle charging points and safe gathering points for emergencies, while soon it will also integrate disabled parking spots and the National Defibrillator Registry.

The MyStreet application significantly contributes to reducing bureaucracy, enhancing transparency, and improving management by municipalities, while also empowering citizens to actively participate in improving the quality of life in their cities.
